I applied for veneers, having some experience of treatment in another clinic. The way I was met here, I was not met anywhere else! So much attention, sympathy, understanding. The professionalism of doctors is a separate section in my vidgutsi. My situation could not wait, hence the treatment was offered to me the very next day. The treatment was to take place under general anesthesia, but I was very worried, and after consulting Evgeny Nikolaevich and the anesthesiologist, I clearly understood that I was in the safe hands of real professionals and DOCTORS with a capital letter. It was not just a medical approach, but a manifestation of extreme humanity. They kept my girlfriend informed all the time about the process of treatment, how I feel, they supported her very much. This is where the pros of the clinic end. After Yaroslava stopped working, I don't see any sense in staying and receiving treatment in this clinic. After all, the service is useless, often transferred records without warning, wrote about the confirmation of the record in Viber, although I'm not often in this messenger, and sometimes there are no notifications at all, so it's not convenient to receive messages. They provided unreliable information about the orthodontist, stating that Yaroslava will work at the clinic until the end of the month and will be able to receive him. The clarification was on December 28, where I was given incorrect information. Today, on January 12, I was informed that my orthodontist would be absent and that there would be another doctor unknown to me. The receptionist is NOT attentive or friendly. Prices are sky-high, but for me this is not a problem, because instead I expected to receive high service and good communication. This is my personal opinion, and I described my attitude to myself.
